# Connect Calendar and Contacts on Mobile

**Enhanced mailbox required.** Basic mailboxes provide email synchronization; Enhanced mailboxes can also synchronize calendars, contacts, tasks and notes.

## Option 1: Exchange / ActiveSync

On a supported device, add an **Exchange / ActiveSync** account using:

- Account email/username: your full email address
- Password: your mailbox password
- Server: your organization's direct webmail server, formed by replacing dots in the domain with double dashes and adding `.w.emailarray.com`.

Example: `acme.com` becomes `acme--com.w.emailarray.com`.

## Option 2: CalDAV and CardDAV

If ActiveSync is unavailable:

1. Log in to webmail → profile icon → **My account**.
2. Open **Synchronization**.
3. Copy the unique **CalDAV** calendar URL or **CardDAV** contacts URL.
4. Add the appropriate account on your device using the copied URL, full email address and mailbox password.

Some device interfaces use different menu names. Your administrator can confirm your account's exact direct server address.
