# Sign In to GridMail Webmail

GridMail webmail works in a modern browser without installing an app.

## Sign-in options

- **Recommended:** `webmail.yourdomain.com` (replace `yourdomain.com` with your organization's domain).
- **Direct address:** replace each dot in your domain with a double dash and append `.w.emailarray.com` (for example, `howm--org.w.emailarray.com`).
- **Universal login:** `login.emailarray.com`.

Sign in using your **full email address** and your **mailbox password**.

If your branded webmail address is unavailable, use the direct server address and ask your administrator to check the DNS record. For assistance contact support@grid365.com.
