# Start a Conversation with GridChat

GridChat is designed to stay available while visitors move through your website.

## Open GridChat

Visitors select the floating GridChat button to open the conversation panel.

## Ask a question

The visitor enters a question in natural language and sends it to GridChat.

Questions can be simple or conversational. For example:

> What services do you offer?

or:

> Can you tell me more about how this works?

## Continue with follow-up questions

Visitors can ask follow-up questions in the same conversation. GridChat keeps the conversation context so the visitor does not have to repeat the entire question each time.

## Keep browsing

The conversation is designed to persist while the visitor navigates through the website, making it easier to continue where they left off.
