GridChat is the managed AI website assistant used to help visitors find information and continue conversations directly on your website.

Visitors can open the floating GridChat interface, ask questions, receive answers based on your website information, and follow relevant links.

## Managed for you

GridChat is managed as part of the GridWeb service. Customers do not need to manage the underlying AI system to provide the visitor experience.
