# What Is GridMail?

GridMail is professional email hosting for addresses on your organization's own domain. Use it from a browser through webmail or connect a supported email application.

GridMail includes webmail, mail folders, calendar and collaboration features. Some capabilities, including EasyMeet and real-time document editing, require an **Enhanced** mailbox.

## Getting started

1. Obtain your full email address and mailbox password.
2. Sign in through your organization's webmail address.
3. Set your preferred language, timezone and display settings.
4. If you use a phone or tablet, follow the mobile email setup guide.

For account access or features not enabled for your mailbox, contact your administrator or support@grid365.com.
