1. Plan and billing period #
Review the active GridWeb plan and the current billing period.
2. Connection and status #
Confirm that the website and AI services show the expected connection status.
3. Monthly AI allowances and usage #
Review your current Text, Image, and Video allowances together with the amount already used during the billing period.
4. Add Credits #
Use Add Credits when additional usage is available for your account and you need more capacity before the next renewal period.
Tip #
Check the usage dashboard before starting a large batch of image or video generations so you know the available balance for the current period.
