Better prompts give GridWrite AI clearer direction and usually produce more useful first results.
Start with the goal #
Describe what you want the content to do, not only what it is about.
Instead of:
Write about our services.
Try:
Write a concise introduction for a professional services page. Emphasize reliability, experience, and a simple customer process.
Add useful context #
Include the details that materially affect the result:
- subject
- audience
- purpose
- tone
- length
- important facts
- desired format
For images #
Describe the subject, setting, composition, lighting, visual style, and orientation when relevant.
For video #
Keep the prompt focused on one clear scene and one clear motion concept. Include the setting, subject, action, visual direction, and intended layout.
For lists and repeaters #
Describe both the subject and the structure. For example:
Create five service cards. Each item should have a short title, a one-sentence description, and a concise button label.
Refine when needed #
If the first result is close but not right, revise the prompt with the missing direction and generate again.
